Community Engagement Launched for Municipal Plan and Zoning By-law updates

Quispamsis, NB – The Town of Quispamsis is seeking input from residents on updates to the Municipal Plan and Zoning By-law.

These documents facilitate development throughout the Town and provide a foundation for a vibrant and thriving community for generations to come.

In addition, the Town is undertaking a Housing Needs Assessment which will delve into demographics, development trends, and real-world experiences to identify housing gaps and devise strategies and actions to shape the future of housing in Quispamsis.

Both projects present an important opportunity to develop a unified vision for the future of the community.

“We want to hear from you,” said Quispamsis Mayor Libby O’Hara. “This an important time for our town as we examine where we are as a community and where we want to go. This is an opportunity for everyone to help us define how, where and in what ways we will continue to grow.”

Feedback can be submitted through an online engagement and information platform at www.quispamsisplanreview.ca.
