The Town of Quispamsis has unveiled a parking plan for users of the new splash pad at Firefly Park.

The splash pad opened officially on July 1. It will be open daily from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. An attendant will be on duty from 12 p.m. to 8 p.m.

Patrons are encouraged to park vehicles in the parking lot at the Quispamsis Wheels and Ramps skateboard park at 15 Equality Lane, off Landing Court.

There is a short footpath from the parking lot, starting beside the Comex bus terminal, that meets the end of Lake Road.

Firefly Park and splash pad are located off the righthand side of Lake Road on Firefly Crescent.

The walking route from the parking lot to Firefly Park is identified by yellow dots on the map.

The average walking time is under five minutes.

People dropping off Firefly Park users before parking their vehicle can follow the orange route on the map.
