We offer many opportunities to enjoy skating and swimming, FREE of charge, in Quispamsis. Our staff coordinate these options using a series of schedules, which are accessible here.

Skating
The qplex Arena maintains ice throughout the year while Quispamsis Memorial Arena keeps ice only during colder months.
Below are links to the Public Schedules for our Public Skate, Adult/Senior Skate, Tykes with Sticks Skate, and Parent and Tot Skate.
Hockey sticks and pucks are prohibited, except during the Tykes with Sticks Skate.
Public Skate Adult and Senior's Skate Parent and Tot Skate Tykes with Sticks Skate
- Public Skate is open to skaters of all ages.
- Adult and Senior Skate is open to skaters ages 18 and up.
- Parent and Tot Skate is open to skaters of elementary school age or younger.
- Tykes with Sticks Skate is open to skaters of elementary school age or younger.
- Helmets are required. Please consult our Helmet Policy and Code of Conduct Policy prior to participation.
- Helmets and skate aids are available on loan for children and adults, if necessary.
- Strollers are allowed on the ice during the Public Skate ONLY during the week Monday to Friday, 2:30 p.m. – 4:30 p.m.
Swimming
Beat the heat with a Free Swim in the 97.3 The Wave Pool. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
