Quispamsis Memorial Arena

Quispamsis does not, by virtue of entering into this agreement, in any way endorse the content of materials presented by organizations renting town property which are inconsistent with town policies, mission and vision statements and statements of guiding principles.

All bookings are required to have liability insurance.

If you carry Commercial General Liability Insurance, please provide a copy with the addition of the Town of Quispamsis as insured.

You can also apply for insurance using the Town's Facility User Liability Insurance Program.

You must have no less than $5 million per occurrence against all claims for bodily/personal injury including and resulting in death and property damage.

• 50% of the rental fee is non-refundable.
• 50% of the rental fees are due upon booking. 
• Remaining 50% and liability insurance is due eight (8) weeks before your event date.
• Rental fees must be paid in full if booked fewer than eight (8) weeks prior to your event date.
• $250 damage deposit is refundable 5 business days after your event pending a facility inspection.

Notice, in writing, must be given to the Town of Quispamsis at least eight (8) weeks before the rental date.

Any cancellation notice given fewer than eight weeks before the event date will result in the whole rental fee being forfeited, and only the damage deposit refunded.

Ice Rinks

Fall and Winter: Cancellation of ice time, tournaments, and any special events must be submitted in writing at least six (6) weeks in advance.

Spring and Summer: Cancellation of ice time, tournaments, and any special events must be submitted in writing at least fifteen (15) weeks in advance.
