Councillor Noah Donovan is serving his first term on council as the youngest councillor elected in Quispamsis history, and he is among the youngest municipal politicians in the province.

Noah is known for his commitment to the community, his passion for public service, and his dedication to promoting diversity, inclusivity, and equality for all.

Prior to being elected as a councillor, Noah was an active volunteer in the community, packing and distributing hundreds of backpacks for our region’s homeless, He has provided support to elderly residents through his work in a local nursing home, and has helped lead a group dedicated to creating true friendships for children with developmental and physical disabilities.

His volunteer efforts continue to this day.

Noah holds a Marketing Diploma from the New Brunswick Community College. His education and experience have equipped him with the skills needed to effectively market and promote Quispamsis as a vibrant and welcoming destination.

Noah is a natural leader who is not afraid to take initiative and make things happen. His bubbly and outgoing personality enables him to connect with people, and his hard work and perseverance have landed him two prestigious awards: The Daniel Clowes Memorial Award for his work with the homeless, and the Atlantic Canadian Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award from Startup Canada in 2019.

Whether he is leading a community event or simply lending a hand to those in need, Noah is always willing to go the extra mile to make a difference.
