McCluskey Brothers Conference Centre

The McCluskey Brothers Conference Centre has nearly 4,800 square feet of indoor space to host weddings, parties, meetings and events. It can host up to 600 people and is wheelchair accessible.

The large venue can be divided into smaller spaces – up to three rooms – to suit your needs.

The Ritchie Lake Room is 1,250 square feet and can accommodate up to 140 people (standing) for your event.

This room features a ceiling mounted projector, drop-down viewing screen, fully integrated audio-visual capabilities and wireless access.

Tables, chairs, and podiums are available.

The Hammond River Room is 1,215 square feet and can accommodate up to 140 people (standing) for your event.

This room features a ceiling mounted projector, drop-down viewing screen, fully integrated audio-visual capabilities and wireless access.

The Kennebecasis River Room is the biggest at 2,315 square feet and can accommodate up to 265 people (standing) for your event.

This room features a ceiling mounted projector, drop-down viewing screen, fully integrated audio-visual capabilities and wireless access.

The full McCluskey Brothers Conference Centre is 4,780 square feet of open space which can accommodate up to 600 people (standing) for your event.

The room features a licensed portable bar service, three (3) ceiling mounted projectors, three (3) ceiling mounted drop-down screens, fully integrated audio-visual capabilities and wireless access.

Alcohol and Food

All alcohol served must be coordinated through and provided by McCluskey Brothers Inc.

You are welcome to supply your own food for your event. McCluskey Brothers can also provide a no obligation quote on food services.

Important Information

Liability Insurance

All bookings are required to have liability insurance.

If you carry Commercial General Liability Insurance, please provide a copy with the addition of the Town of Quispamsis as insured.

You can also apply for insurance using the Town's Facility User Liability Insurance Program.

You must have no less than $5 million per occurrence against all claims for bodily/personal injury including and resulting in death and property damage.

Fees and Damage Deposit

50% of the rental fee is non-refundable.
50% of the rental fees are due upon booking.
Remaining 50% and liability insurance is due eight (8) weeks before your event date.
Rental fees must be paid in full if booked fewer than eight (8) weeks prior to your event date.
$250 damage deposit is refundable 5 business days after your event pending a facility inspection.

Cancellation

Notice, in writing, must be given to the Town of Quispamsis at least eight (8) weeks before the rental date.

Any cancellation notice given fewer than eight weeks before the event date will result in the whole rental fee being forfeited, and only the damage deposit refunded.

Ice Rinks

Fall and Winter: Cancellation of ice time, tournaments, and any special events must be submitted in writing at least six (6) weeks in advance.

Spring and Summer: Cancellation of ice time, tournaments, and any special events must be submitted in writing at least fifteen (15) weeks in advance.
