TOWN OF QUISPAMSIS – PUBLIC NOTICE: MUNICIPAL PLAN BY-LAW AMENDMENT  NO. 054-06

Public Notice is hereby given that the Minister of Local Government and Governance Reform has approved Municipal Plan By-law Amendment No. 054-06, which re-designates PID No. 54619, with Civic No. 8 Lyden Drive,  from Residential to Commercial to permit said lands to be developed into a parking lot to support the businesses at 170 Hampton Road.

The By-law Amendment has been filed in the Kings County Registry Office, and is identified as Registry No. 44080449, and became effective as of the date of filing, July 24, 2023.
