PUBLIC NOTICE: MUNICIPAL PLAN BY-LAW AMENDMENT  NO. 054-05

Public Notice is hereby given that the Minister of Local Government and Governance Reform approved Municipal Plan By-law Amendment No. 054-05 on February 27, 2023, which re-designates PID No. 0091827, with Civic No. 247 Hampton Road from Residential to Commercial to permit the development of said lands in accordance with the Central Commercial zone, (Medical Centre).

The By-law Amendment has been filed in the Kings County Registry Office, and is identified as Registry No. 43708628, and became effective as of the date of filing, March 31, 2023.
