TOWN OF QUISPAMSIS PUBLIC NOTICE MUNICIPAL PLAN BY-LAW AMENDMENT NO. 054-04
Public Notice is hereby given that the Minister of Local Government and Governance Reform has approved Municipal Plan By-law Amendment No. 054-04, which re-designates PID No. 451815, with Civic No. 318 Hampton Road from Residential to Commercial to permit the development of said lands in accordance with the Neighbourhood Commercial zone, (Hair Salon).
The By-law Amendment has been filed in the Kings County Registry Office, and is identified as Registry No. 43348763, and became effective as of the date of filing, November 22, 2022.
