Town of Quispamsis, Doiron Sports Excellence reach multiyear partnership agreement for qplex pro shop

The town of Quispamsis has reached a multiyear partnership agreement with Doiron Sports Excellence to manage and operate the pro shop at the qplex.

Doiron Sports Excellence, located in west Saint John, has been a local leader in providing sports equipment, merchandise and services to athletes, teams and organizations for forty years.

“We are very excited to welcome Doiron Sports Excellence to the qplex and Quispamsis,” said Dana Purton Dickson, director of community services for the town of Quispamsis. “We believe our residents and visitors to the qplex will be pleased with the quality of services and merchandise available through this partnership and we think it’s a great fit for our community.”

The shop will be stocked with high-demand items and equipment for hockey, like sticks, tape, mouthguards, socks, skate guards and helmet hardware.

It will also offer skate sharpening services using top-of-the-line equipment and quick turnaround times.

Baseball, soccer and lacrosse equipment and accessories will be available during warmer months.

Patrons can access Doiron’s complete 10,000-sq. ft. store inventory with the option of having purchases delivered in as little as thirty minutes.

The new shop is expected to be operational beginning Wednesday, April 9, just inside the players’ entrance to the qplex.
