Meenan’s Cove Road (Cobblestone Drive to Rockefeller Drive) - Landscaping underway.

Princeton Avenue - Roadway grading and paving along with driveway reinstatement and shouldering.

Winchester Drive - Landscaping underway.

Model Farm Road - Base asphalt undway way seal to follow. Shouldering and landscaping expected the following week.

Old Neck Road - Landscaping underway.

Quispamsis Road (Meadowlark Drive to Nightingale Lane) - Shouldering, backfilling of sidewalk.

Kensington Avenue - Asphalt complete. Reinstatements to follow.

Forresters Road - Shouldering and landscaping.

Detours

While it is anticipated the duration of construction on each street will be limited, motorists are advised to expect traffic delays during the construction period. The Town will make every effort to maintain one lane open at all times or ensure flag persons will be on site to direct traffic through the construction area.  

Model Farm Road and Princeton Avenue will be closed to through traffic and motorists will be detoured onto adjacent streets.

Notes

The 2024 Street Upgrades program is expected to operate through the end of September. The work is being performed by Galbraith Construction Ltd. A full list of streets identified for upgrades is available here.

The work performed, timelines and streets affected are all subject to change. The public will be notified of any major changes.
