Meenan’s Cove Road (Cobblestone Drive to Rockefeller Drive) - Landscaping complete.

Princeton Avenue - Driveway reinstatement, shouldering and landscaping.

Winchester Drive - Landscaping underway.

Model Farm Road - Shouldering and landscaping.

Old Neck Road - Landscaping underway.

Neck Road - Asphalt complete. Shouldering underway.

Quispamsis Road (Meadowlark Drive to Nightingale Lane) - Shouldering and landscaping.

Kensington Avenue - Asphalt complete.

Forresters Road - Landscaping.

Detours

While it is anticipated the duration of construction on each street will be limited, motorists are advised to expect traffic delays during the construction period. The Town will make every effort to maintain one lane open at all times or ensure flag persons will be on site to direct traffic through the construction area.  

Model Farm Road and Princeton Avenue will be closed to through traffic and motorists will be detoured onto adjacent streets.

Notes

The 2024 Street Upgrades program is expected to operate through the end of September. The work is being performed by Galbraith Construction Ltd. A full list of streets identified for upgrades is available here.

The work performed, timelines and streets affected are all subject to change. The public will be notified of any major changes.
