  • Public Notice: Proposed Amendment To Section 59 CPA Agreement

    Public Notice is hereby given that the Quispamsis Town Council has been requested to and intends to consider a request to amend a Section 59 Community Planning Act development agreement, concerning the following previously rezoned Multiple Residential property: 

    Location: A parcel of land situated on the corner of the Hampton Road and Pinewood Crescent, identified as PID No. 251959 with Civic No. 258 Hampton Road, consisting of 16,875 sq. meters; with access off the Hampton Road. (as illustrated).
