Councillor Noah Donovan

Coun. Noah Donovan is serving his first term on council.

Noah grew up in Quispamsis, graduated from KVHS, and went on to receive a diploma in Marketing from the Business Administration program at NBCC. At 22 years old, he is the youngest councillor in the history of Quispamsis, and is also one of the youngest municipal politicians in the province.

Noah has been keenly interested in all levels of politics for several years with equal and effective representation being one of his main drivers. For years he has worked tirelessly on causes close to his heart – poverty reduction being at the forefront.

Noah has packed and distributed hundreds of backpacks for the homeless, has provided continuous support to elderly residents, and has helped to lead a group dedicated to
creating true friendships for children with developmental and physical disabilities.

Dedication, hard work and perseverance have landed him two prestigious awards – The Daniel Clowes Memorial Award for his work with the homeless, and the Atlantic Canadian Young
Entrepreneur of the Year award from Startup Canada in 2019.

Noah has set his sights on bringing representation for all to the horseshoe in Quispamsis. As a believer that youth engagement is critical to the healthy growth of our
Town, Noah feels he can encourage that engagement by leading by example.
