Mike Biggar is serving his first term as a Quispamsis Councillor.

With many years of business, banking and ministry experience, Mike is best known in the community for his more than

decade-long career as a multi award-winning singer-songwriter. His eclectic background, artistic passion and

zeal for local community now come together in his role as councillor, and Mike is eager to support and strengthen

the progressive council team, working together to help Quispamsis prosper and grow. Mike has a passion to champion

important areas of community development such as inclusion, diversity, housing, transportation, and arts and culture.

Mike is serving on the Kennebecasis Valley Joint Board of Fire Commissioners and the COMEX Committee.
