|Storm Drainage Improvements||4 Weeks||The contractor, Steele Trucking Ltd. will continue to work on the 2019 Drainage Improvements project. Work will be done on Gondola Point Road, Hammond River Road, Old Coach Road, Cedar Grove Drive, Meenans Cove Road, and Stoneyplain Avenue.||June 21, 2019|
|Gondola Boulevard Phase 3
|6 Weeks||MIDI Construction will be continuing the Gondola Boulevard Corridor Improvements next week. Storm pipe and catchbasins have been installed. Full roadway reconstruction from Saunders Drive to Marianne Crescent is complete. Storm sewer will will commence at Marianne with ditching to civic #104. Asphalt preparations may also begin this week. The Town’s contractor will also be detouring traffic on Gondola Blvd as per the attached detour plan. Work is occurring at the intersection of Marianne and Gondola Blvd near civic 128. This work is scheduled on Tuesday Sept. 24 and should be complete by end of day Wednesday Sept. 25.

|1-2 Weeks||Fairville Construction Ltd. have completed of the installation of the watermain along Hampton Road. Pressure testing has been successful. Curb, gutter and sidewalk construction is complete. Landscaping shall continue next week. Asphalt base installation is partially complete with seal scheduled for this week by Debly Enterprises. Line work and striping will begin upon completion of seal asphalt.||September 20, 2019|
|Street Upgrades||3-4 Weeks||The general contractor, Debly Enterprises Ltd. are continuing the Street Upgrading 2019 project. Quispamsis Rd and French Village Rd will have ditching and culverts installed this week. Melanie to have seal placed. Morach will have shouldering and landscaping placed. The public should be aware of reduced speed limits throughout construction zones.||September 20, 2019|
