TOWN OF QUISPAMSIS
Public Notice is hereby given that the Quispamsis Town Council has been requested to and intends to consider amending “By-law No. 38, A By-law of the Municipality of Quispamsis Respecting Zoning”, in order to rezone the following property from Parks/Recreation (PR) to Rural (RU), subject to a Section 59 Community Planning Act agreement:
A parcel of land situated on the corner of Leeswood Drive and Willowbriar Drive and identified as 2 Leeswood Drive with PID No. 30018121.
REASON FOR CHANGE: To allow the rezoning of the parcel of land in question from Parks/Recreation (PR) to Rural (RU) to permit the construction of a single family home.
A Public Hearing of the proposed Zoning By-law Amendment will be held November 20, 2018 at 7:00 p.m., in the council chambers of the Quispamsis Town Hall, 12 Landing Court, Quispamsis, New Brunswick, where those wishing to speak for or against the proposed amendment will be permitted to do so. Written objections to the proposed amendment may be made to the Council in care of the undersigned and submitted by 1:00 p.m., Thursday, November 15, 2018.
The proposed by-law amendment may be inspected by any interested person during regular office hours, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday to Friday inclusive, at the Quispamsis Town Hall, 12 Landing Court, Quispamsis, New Brunswick.
