The agreement outlines the terms and conditions of the previous Multiple Residential (R2) rezoning of approximately a 1.8 acre parcel of land, identified as PID No. 00252403 with Civic No. 309 Hampton Road, as shown on the A. E. McKay Builders Ltd.’s plan, “Proposed 42 Unit Apartment Complex Plan”, prepared by Comeau MacKenzie Architecture, and dated January, 2018.
REASON FOR CHANGE: To allow the project to be completed on a phased approach that would see Phase 1 include construction of the building containing thirty three, (33 units), and all the site work, and Phase 2 to include the remaining nine (9) units when market conditions are conducive to this addition. The proposed amendment is in keeping with the original overall development proposal for the property as agreed to in the current agreement.
