Councillor Sean Luck

Sean is serving his first term on Quispamsis council.

Sean has thoroughly enjoyed the community feel and quality of life Quispamsis has provided to him and his family for the past 17 years.  Originally from East Saint John, Sean, his wife Kerrie and their two children, Sara and Daniel feel very blessed to call Quispamsis home.

Sean received his Bachelors of Science in Pharmacy from Dalhousie University in 1994, as well as his Masters in Business Administration and Bachelors of Science from UNB in 2004 and 2007 respectively.

Sean has been a pharmacy district manager for WalMart Canada and has owned two Guardian Pharmacies in Saint John during his 22 years as a community Pharmacist.  He has served on several boards, volunteered and been a member of a number of organizations including:

-Volunteer coach for KV youth sports: minor baseball, football and basketball

-NB College of Pharmacists (NBCP) Corporate Governance Committee Member

-Drug Trading Ltd. National Advisory Board Member

-Drug Trading Ltd. Home Healthcare Committee

-Member of Saint John Board of Trade, and the Canadian Federation of Independent Business (CFIB)

Sean believes in engaging the community to participate in the future development of Quispamsis. He is an advocate for supporting local business while recognizing the need for economic development and sustainable growth.  Enhancing the quality of life for all Quispamsis citizens through continued development of active living and youth and senior services must remain a priority as our community grows.

Sean looks forward to his first term as Councillor and believes his common sense approach to business will allow him to make the most informed decisions on behalf of all residents of Quispamsis.
